2021 Brut Rosé, Méthode Champenoise

Our 2021 Brut Rosé blends 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay for a perfect harmony of Pinot Noir's luscious fruit and Chardonnay's bright, crisp character. The nose opens with delicate notes of raspberry, strawberry, and a hint of hyacinth. On the palate, the fine bubbles carry flavors of nectarine, white peach, and a touch of bergamot orange. After 28 months en tirage, a subtle hint of brioche and marzipan adds depth and length, beautifully complementing the vibrant citrus and stone fruit for an elegant, lingering finish. Learn more

2023 Sauvignon Blanc, Méthode Béton

2023’s cool growing season yielded an unusually late harvest for Sauvignon Blanc. But patience has its rewards. Our 2023 vintage is refined, brimming with crisp citrus, gooseberry, and Granny Smith apple, with a hint of honeydew melon on the finish. The word Béton, French for "concrete," highlights the wine’s fermentation in concrete eggs. This method preserves freshness and enhances lees contact without oak, resulting in a luscious weight and density that unfolds elegantly on the palate. Learn more

2022 Chardonnay, Coeurtina

Our Coeurtina Chardonnay showcases the lush floral aromatics and velvety mouthfeel bestowed by the ribbon of Cortina soils weaving through the Chardonnay vines at Tai Vineyard, our home estate in Los Carneros. Opening with notes of orange and acacia blossom on the nose, and aromatic hints of clove and vanilla, the wine's round and inviting palate unfolds flavors of apricot, white peach, and orange peel. Aged for 15 months in French oak and on lees, the wine beautifully balances terroir-driven floral and fruit notes with touches of spices and crème anglaise. A prolonged finish underscores the wine’s complexity. Learn more
