The barrels’ cigar-shaped plays a crucial role in developing the wine's distinctive character by allowing for greater contact with the lees. On the nose, the wine is abundant with fresh peach notes, lemongrass, subtle melon undertones, and delicate white floral accents. The palate is bright and lively, with crisp hints of apple, lemon tart, and grapefruit zest, all complemented by a discreet kiss of sandalwood and quince.
