The 2020 Brut Cuvee spent 2 years en tirage before disgorging. The wine boasts bright fruit character of white peach, lemon and lime peel on the nose with flavors of fresh apple, lemon curd and grapefruit on the palate. The chardonnay dominant blend offers lovely pie crust and marzipan notes finishing with great length and minerality.
