2021 Brut Rosé, Méthode Champenoise

November Member Release
Winemaker's Notes

The 2021 Brut Rosé opens with enticing aromas of white peach, lemon, and lime peel, leading into vibrant flavors of fresh apple, lemon curd, and grapefruit. After two years en tirage, it reveals delicate notes of pie crust and marzipan, adding richness to the wine’s bright fruit profile. The Chardonnay-dominant blend finishes with remarkable length, underpinned by a refreshing minerality that lingers elegantly.
