2021 Brut Rosé, Méthode Champenoise

New Release
Winemaker's Notes

Our 2021 Brut Rosé blends 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay for a perfect harmony of Pinot Noir's luscious fruit and Chardonnay's bright, crisp character. The nose opens with delicate notes of raspberry, strawberry, and a hint of hyacinth. On the palate, the fine bubbles carry flavors of nectarine, white peach, and a touch of bergamot orange. After 28 months en tirage, a subtle hint of brioche and marzipan adds depth and length, beautifully complementing the vibrant citrus and stone fruit for an elegant, lingering finish.
