As the name implies our Hedon Chardonnay perfectly describes the opulence of our 2022 vintage. This wine opens with a heady blend of allspice, jasmine, and lemon meringue on the nose. Each sip offers a deep dive into an expansive, rich, and velvety wine with notes of pot-de-crème, brioche, coconut, and fresh nectarine. The lush spice and fruit tones have a confectionary quality, balanced by bright acidity that carries the flavors along through a lengthy finish.
