Our 2023 Méthode Béton Chardonnay is bright and refreshing, with subtle floral hints of honeysuckle, lemon verbena, and lime zest on the nose. Fermentation and aging in concrete eggs preserve the wine’s clean and crisp character, allowing vibrant fruit flavors to shine. On the palate, bright notes of linden, pear, mango, and pineapple create a lively, juicy profile. Extended time on the lees lends a rich texture and an elegant, lingering finish.
